My Workable and Enjoyable Eating Strategy

You will need to do a bit of trial and error in order to find what works for you. I could go on and on, but this is what works for me. Of course, the amount of food I eat is based on the exercise that you will find in the chart below. This chart is part of your free diet and exercise plan.

*Eat your biggest meal at the beginning of the day.
*Stay under 1400 calories 5 days of the week.
*One day a week relax and eat what you feel like.
*Once a week have a 1200 calorie day to balance out any cheating

If you totally deny yourself, you may give in to temptation and blow the good work you've done. Bacon, eggs, chocolate and green tea every day prevents my blow out. Here's how easy it is, just modify or substitute my plan to make it work for you!
