2. You do need to try and eat more healthy food and less junk food.
3. You need to eat less. Gradually reduce the portions you eat.
4. You need to move more! This is an essential part of losing weight. By having more exercise, you build muscle and lose fat, maybe you'll not even see it on the scales at first, but you'll notice that your pants are getting lose.
5. Drink less beer, wine, alcohol and especially soft drinks and substtute with plain good water.
By following these 5 rules and not expecting wonders, you are likely to lose a few pounds every month. And if you keep up this life style, they will stay off too!
