Digital Scrapbooking Made Easy with Layouts

Digital scrapbooking layouts are a great starting point for your digital scrapbooking endeavours. With a layout, you start off with a structure to add your scrapbooking embellishments and papers to, and your photos (the important part!) while still maintaining a balance and looking good, which is why you're making a digital scrapbook in the first place, right?

Here, I've collected a bunch of my favourite free digital scrapbook layout resources, since they can be hard to find out there on the web. If you can't find one you like, there's also a tutorial to make your own! Happy scrapbooking!

    Whilst a digital scrapbook can be made into a webpage, they're more usually combined into a file to be shared (or saved) and often printed out and put together into a physical book. The digital element just makes it easier, cheaper and a lot less messy than actually gluing things together. A lot of the techniques and elements related to digital scrapbooking can also be used for other digital projects, like web banners and, indeed, blog layouts, if one has that kind of expertise.
