You can get awesome high PR backlinks with anchor text of your choosing through social bookmarking sites, like Google Bookmarks, MyLinkVault, Folkd, Connotea and more.

Backlinks are important to the performance of your website and backlinks with anchor text are like gold, so you may as well take advantage of these great FREE links that are available to you. Supposed to be for researchers, clinicians and scientists, but you can use it for your own bookmarks. Connotea has a Page Rank of 8, as determined by SEOQuake.
Folkd
Folkd is another bookmarking website that allows you to bookmark websites and link them with anchor text. Folkd has a PR of 7, as determined by SEOQuake.
My Link Vault
My Link Vault works just like Folkd and allows you to bookmark any website, post or page with anchor text. My Link Vault has a PR of 3, as determined by SEOQuake.
Mister Wong
Mister Wong is another bookmarking website that allows you to bookmark any website with anchor text. Mister Wong has a PR of 8, as determined by SEOQuake.
Spotback
