Learn To Meditate Like A Zen Monk Without Having To Part With A Single Dime...

Now I know what your probably thinking, there's gotta be a catch, I mean it's free, nothing's given away for free is it?? Is it....

Well in this case it is! I could go on and on and on about why it's free, why you should be interested and how this meditation course can benefit you but to be perfectly honest i don't think i need to, the course itself can do that and so can the success stories that we gathered from the people who have used this meditation course.

Here's what a few people have said about it...

"I was extremely pleased with the Meditation Courses. I discussed some of the course with a friend of mine who was aghast! He had paid thousands of dollars to learn what I had learned for free."
Rev. Dion Ward

"I have previously suffered with panic attacks, anxiety, depression and insomnia mostly due to over thinking, giving too much of my time to thinking about things that really do not need to be analysed and generally stressing out. I have been meditating for about 3 months now, I sleep every night for a min of 6 hours, I am loads happier, very rarely feel anxious and basically have recommended meditation to a lot of my friends. I feel like I control my mind and my thinking now."
Miss H

"This works! I have been trying to get into deeper meditation before and did not feel I was progressing, but with these CDs I went into total relaxation and my mind was not wondering at all!"
Alicia Webber

Like i said the course can speak for itself, each of those people have been to my project-meditation site downloaded my free course and tried it out for themselves and then e-mailed me to inform me of what they thought of my course. And to be honest it hasn't stopped there, many people have now found the Discover Meditation course and are using it to change their lives for the better.

Don't Know About Meditation... Then Don't Listen To Me Anymore... Listen To The FACTS!!!

If your unsure about contemplation and what it's all about or not sure if it's for you then maybe knowing some of the benefits of meditation could help you:-

  • Reduces anxiety attacks as it lowers the levels of blood lactate.
  • Builds self confidence.
  • Increases serotonin which influences moods and behaviour. Low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, headaches and insomnia.
  • Enhances energy, strength and vigour.
  • Helps keep blood pressure normal
  • Reduces stress and tension
  • Creates a state of deep relaxation and general feeling of wellbeing
  • Helps with P.M.T.
  • Increases concentration and strengthens the mind
  • Helps reduce heart disease
  • Helps with weight loss

  • Now i seem to remember saying earlier that i wasn't going to bore you didn't i? Well i think i may have slipped up slightly there and for that i appologise... Sorry... It's just that i can get rather passionate about meditation, no really i do, you may not be able to tell from my writting as im really trying not to get too over excited so before i do here's a few pages that i think deserve your contemplationa and deliberation if you are interested in rumination and i think they may well interest those of you who aren't as well...

    See for yourself...

Oh you know what, i nearly forgot to mention something that i think is quite important, we recently started a Meditation Community on Project-Meditation and it has been, quite frankly, outstanding!

We have a variety of people currently using the community rangeing from teenages to shall we say more mature users, no offence intended towards the younger users of our community as everyone is welcome. You don't have to be currently practicing any form of contemplation to be part of the Project-Meditation community, you could be someone who's just looking to find out more information on reflection and to be honest with you, i don't think there's anywhere else on the internet quite like the Project-Meditation community.

Our community has members, who don't pay a dime, who are heavily into meditation and those who have just started, but what i think is the most amazing part of the community is the way that everyone has come together and are willing to help and advise each other and talk about their experiences and successes and i don't want to sound like im bragging but i really don't think you can find support like this anywhere on the internet without having to pay for it!!!

Still Unsure? Think Project-Meditation Is Too Good An Offer?

Then I'll Just Give You A Preview of The Free Meditation Course... How's That?

Ok, I thought to myself, maybe people reading this are thinking that the free course that I'm offering at Project-Meditation is offering is too good to be true.

How can I let people know that it's not too good to be true and that it is in fact free and with no catches? After all were all only human, were all looking out for hidden charges and small print aren't we? It's only natural after all.

So the only way that I thought I could show you all that the course is free would be to give you part of the course absolutely free in video form.

So here it is, I hope you enjoy it as much as I and my students do and if you want to hear the rest, you know where to go...

    Why Meditate?

10 Reasons Why You SHOULD Meditate

If your unsure about why I think contemplation and deliberation is so good, maybe the following list can help.
    1. Why meditate? To reduce stress. People who meditate achieve a deeper level of relaxation.
    2. Why meditate? To decrease muscle tension (any pain due to tension) and headaches
    3. Why meditate? To reduce anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of blood lactate.
    4. Why meditate? To increase the production of serotonin which influences mood and behavior. Low levels of serotonin are associated with depression, obesity, insomnia and headaches.
    5. Why meditate? To improve the immune system. Research has discovered that meditation increases activity of natural killer cells, which kill cancer cells and other viruses.
    6. Why meditate? To help with weight loss.
    7. Why meditate? To help with drug addictions.
    8. Why meditate? To create inner peace and happiness.
    9. Why meditate? To increase motivation and confidence.
    10. Why meditate? To experience improved relationships
