You state "The only way to use them with HTML is to save the picture to your computer and then upload it to Photobucket.com ", well there are other photo hosting services such as flickr and shareapic. Also, if you are allowing others to use your hosted pictures on photobucket you may quickly exceed your allocated bandwidth which will mean only 'placeholder' images will show stating you'd exceeded your bandwidth, you may want to encourage people to use their own photohosting.
It may be useful to include a screen shot of the photobucket page showing where the code you need to 'grab' is. In addition a brief word or 2 explaining how to align and resize them may also be useful, or you just link to a lens that does this.
As you only have a limited number of pics you may want to provide links to other sources of 'free' images. If you want some ideas of the sites that do this check my Stock Photo lens.
