Letter stencils are great for teaching small kids to read the alphabet and learn to put together words in meaningful combinations. There are many great ideas on how to use these alphabet letter stencils to print as a teaching tool.For example you can print out smaller free alphabet letters that make up a word. Then have a drawing of that object (let's say apple), and let the child put these stencils in the right order. You can use a large pad and use it as a scrapbooking journal, whereby each page has one or two of these pictures, underneath which the child will glue the words in the proper order. This will also be a fun activity that teaches children the first steps in crafting.
You can even let the children draw their own pictures of animals, flowers, objects, superheroes or anything that they love, and glue the right letters of the word representing the word. This will also enhance the drawing abilities of kids from early on.

Tips For Printing Your Alphabet Stencil Fonts
To print out your alphabet stencil fonts, you can use Word (that's what I use in most cases. You can save on ink if you lower the quality of the ink.
Glue the printout fonts or print them directly on heavier cardstock, so that they last your kids longer.

Tips For Decorating Your Walls With Stencils
Make sure the walls are clean before using the stencils.
The letters should be equally lined up (unless wobbly is what you're going for in the first place). Use a pencil to mark the starting lines (pencil traces can be erased later on).
Use a clear sealer to protect the letters from stains.
