Encourage your Child to keep up the great work with an Award certificate!
Free printable wards are a great way to really congratulate your child for improving their grades, maintaining excellent grades, helping a sick or injured friend, finishing their first book on their own or any other situation which goes above and beyond your expectations!
When your child is bursting with pride adding and Award can really help reinforce that positive feeling and serve as a great reminder to them, which in turn reminds them of that great feeling and encourages them to keep being awesome!
On this page you will find some of my favorite sites for free printable award certificates- to be listed here, the site must not have aggressive pop ups, must genuinely be free, no signup required and they must offer free printable award certificates. You will also find here, a collection of my own free printable award certificates which you are free to print for use in home or at a school or daycare! Please see the note at the bottom of the page before sharing these online.

Keep it reasonable
When should you give your child a large, printable Award certificate, and when should you stick to reward bucks? If you give your child a big award for every accomplishment, the excitement dissipates and the awards no longer motivate the child as they once did.
Save these awards for special occasions! When your child uses the potty without help for the first time, when they bring home a straight A report card, when they make the extra effort to help out around the home during a difficult time (Mom having the flu for a week and the child does extra work without being asked...) these are all things that call for a special full sized award.
Things that are better suited to reward tickets, coupons and reward buck include things like feeding the dog, doing all of their regular chores, getting a decent grade on a quiz, letting Aunt Sally cover them in lipstick and pinch their cheek... reward bucks are used for the smaller accomplishments that still deserve recognition.
