- Hi WorldVisionary
This is a very informative len. I particularly like:
2) Keeping track of your training helps you monitor your progress to see just how far you've come. It's a great motivator!
I'm a big believer that keeping track and recording is a great way to keep ourselves motivated.
Are you aware of any apps that can be used as a exercise log?

- This is just another terrific lens that you have done. I am adding this to my favorites as well. One of the things that is highly recommended with Body Image Mastery is that everyone MOVES...an exercise log is a huge tool !! Thanks for the great info.

- What a great idea, for any activity really, keeping a log. Don't we all need all the help we can get with maintaining motivation and self discipline? I'm thinking that it would be helpful when practicing yoga, for example - and yoga is a great warm-up or starting point for the out-of-shape, as well. Very useful lens, thank you. Love and Blessings, Daniel

- If you include weight training in your exercise program, keeping an exercise log is a great way to track how much weight you use for each exercise and how much the weight has increased over time. If you are trying to lose or gain weight, keeping a food diary along with an exercise log, will help you reach your goals faster.
