    Hi WorldVisionary

This is a very informative len. I particularly like:

    2) Keeping track of your training helps you monitor your progress to see just how far you've come. It's a great motivator!

I'm a big believer that keeping track and recording is a great way to keep ourselves motivated.

Are you aware of any apps that can be used as a exercise log?

Thanks for all your work in finding the various websites with various workout plans on them.

This year I'm pledged to log 35,000 calories in the cardio room by May 10 (that will be INSANE)! Diet and activity logs are two of the most effective tools for adherence.

What a great idea, for any activity really, keeping a log. Don't we all need all the help we can get with maintaining motivation and self discipline? I'm thinking that it would be helpful when practicing yoga, for example - and yoga is a great warm-up or starting point for the out-of-shape, as well. Very useful lens, thank you. Love and Blessings, Daniel

Exercise is an inevitable part of aging. Apart from exercise also include Life Extension supplements into your daily life to have good look.

If you include weight training in your exercise program, keeping an exercise log is a great way to track how much weight you use for each exercise and how much the weight has increased over time. If you are trying to lose or gain weight, keeping a food diary along with an exercise log, will help you reach your goals faster.
