Aside from the outline of all the major categories, it's a blank slate. You type in what you normally buy, save it, and then print off several copies to keep in your kitchen. When shopping day rolls around, just mark anything that you need to replenish.

If taking a chainsaw to your food isn't a realistic option for you, then here are some tips that you can use!- Organize your refrigerator by food category (ie. top shelf for leftover foods, middle shelf for beverages, side door for condiments and dressings).
