- * Jazz Cardio Strength Stretch #1 -- 29 minutes
- Well, I didn't actually do this workout, but I tried.
It has 20 minutes of high-impact aerobic exercise (one person was doing a low-impact option) followed by a few minutes of strength work with hand weights, and then a few minutes of stretch/cool-down. In the aerobic portion, the music was very fast and the movements changed in very rapid sequences. I couldn't keep up. Adding to the problem was the fact that the full-screen option didn't work, so I was trying to watch them in a pretty small window.

- Combination cardio/strength routine. Beginner level with intermediate and advanced options. Hand weights optional.
This one isn't as organized as Angie's first video (the Best Basic Workout). She miscounts sometimes and isn't always in time with her music. But I enjoyed the hand weight work that she did. - The video calls itself Beginner Level, but some of the exercises look rather challenging to me. No equipment needed. Instructor: Joel Harper

- Second Trimester Workout -- 30 minutes
- This routine is designed for expectant moms. A pregnant woman goes through the workout along with the instructor. There are even a few spots included for doing Kegel exercises. This workout would be good for women who are already accustomed to exercising, but it might be tough for a total beginner. Hand weights and a chair required. Instructor: Joel Harper
- Postpregnancy Workout -- 35 minutes
- A gently paced routine designed for postpartum women. There is a woman who does the workout along with the instructor, but they don't say whether she's really a new mother or not (if she did just have a baby, she has gotten her shape back really fast!). Hand weights required. Instructor: Joel Harper
Rumi's Women's Workout Routines
The exercises presented seem fine, but the production is definitely on the amateur side. The biggest shortcoming is that Rumi often doesn't tell you what movement or exercise is coming next. She'll do a set of one movements, then go to another without saying anything (except for her steady counting).
Also, the music that accompanied the video was not in sync with the exercises and was rather loud.
But hey, it's free!
The only equipment required for Rumi's workouts are two small weights (and she says that water bottles will do just fine if you don't have dumbbells).

In the portions of the video I've looked at, the baby looked happy. In this workout, Dulcinea is joined by Andrea Vickers and her baby.
