Full-length exercise videos that are available for free online
I put this collection together for people (myself included) who want to exercise more and get in shape without spending a lot of money.
Lots of different styles of exercises are included, at all different skill levels, from Beginner to Advanced. I would recommend that you keep it interesting by rotating between several different exercise routines. Much more stimulating to the body AND the mind!

- Total Body Weight Loss Workout Level 1 (Calisthenics) -- 21 minutes
- BeFit calls this workout "Level 1", but it would be difficult for someone who's a total beginner. I would call it Intermediate level. Cardio workout with an abs portion. No equipment needed.

- Advanced level. It's Jillian, so it's intense. Cardio workout. Hand weights are used.

- Beginner level. Yes, it's Jane and she looks great! This routine is a one-mile walk but also includes some exercise moves. A chair is used for the stretch-out after the workout.

- Low-impact cardio along with curves training.
- Bollywood Belly Dance -- 40 minutes
- Low impact belly dance-inspired routine. Dulcie includes a disclaimer that she's not a professional belly dancer, she's just offering some fun moves with an exotic feel.
- "SAQ" speed, agility, and quickness -- 40 minutes
- Cardio/aerobic drills with some hip-strengthening work mixed in with the aim of increasing speed ability.
- V-Day Velocity Training -- 40 minutes
- Another speed-oriented routine.

- VERY gentle low-impact routine for women who have just given birth. These exercises are light enough that they can be done even in the first postpartum weeks.

- Low Impact Cardio Workout for Beginners -- 30 minutes
- Beginner Cardio & Toning Workout Routine from FitnessBlender.
This workout is organized into a set of calisthenic-type exercises. The full set is done three times. The nice thing about that is that you can do the full three repetitions for a 30-minute workout, or do two repetitions for a 20-minute workout. The exercises are low-impact enough that you can do them barefoot. There is no music on this one, just a voice-over instructor while another instructor does the exercises on camera. Hand weights are optional. - Best Basic Workout (Intro Workout for Beginners) -- 30 minutes
- A very simple Beginner level workout. Done by a certified exercise instructor who just wanted to record a workout in her own home as a gift. Very easy to follow with low-impact moves that can be adjusted for higher impact as desired. No equipment necessary. Instructor: Angie

This one isn't as organized as Angie's first video (the Best Basic Workout). She miscounts sometimes and isn't always in time with her music. But I enjoyed the hand weight work that she did. - Designed for kids. Even if you don't have kids, you've gotta see it. A real-life instructor leads a troop of girls, with intermittent appearances from an animated Barbie.

- It's called "Level 1", but I would call it Intermediate level. Works the upper and lower body with a focus on the abdominals. Hand weights are used.

- Advanced. Upper and lower body workout with a focus on abdominals. Hand weights are used.

Rumi's Women's Workout Routines
The exercises presented seem fine, but the production is definitely on the amateur side. The biggest shortcoming is that Rumi often doesn't tell you what movement or exercise is coming next. She'll do a set of one movements, then go to another without saying anything (except for her steady counting).
Also, the music that accompanied the video was not in sync with the exercises and was rather loud.
But hey, it's free!
The only equipment required for Rumi's workouts are two small weights (and she says that water bottles will do just fine if you don't have dumbbells).

Stay away from anybody who's trying to tell you how to lose 20 pounds in two weeks. Anything that changes your body that drastically and that fast is not good for you.
