My Mission Statement
Dedicated to continuing the fight for freedom of thought, expression, and truth.
To strive to maintain a forum for these ideals without hindrance from censorship, subversive actions, or any other forms of suppression.

My Poetry
The Enemy Crept - a Post-911 Observation
While sleeping awake in our daily routine,
The enemy crept; unnoticed, unseen.
Wearing a mask of false patriot pride,
The enemy roared and the enemy cried.
I'll recover our strength and secure our land.
The hour of our might is finally at hand.
We'll root them out; there's nowhere to hide.
I've made up our minds. It's war, I decide.
The enemy shrewd and covert had a plan,
Our "Patriot Act" will show where we stand.
On terror and fear we will build our foundation.
We'll tear up the fabric that formed this great nation.
We no longer need it. It's just in the way.
The Constitution is old and full of decay.
In the cover of darkness, the groundwork was laid.
In secret tribunals, the new law was made.
We must now put aside the rights of the few,
To secure the homeland for the ones who are true.
We'll take away privacy, they'll never know.
They're too busy watching our well thought out show.
Ignorance is bliss, so don't educate.
Take away all their chances before it's too late.
Strip them of rights and breed fear in the mind.
We must always be sure they are one step behind.
While sleeping awake in your daily routine,
The enemy crept; unnoticed, unseen.
Your thoughts and your will; your one true possession,
The enemy's conquest; our one true obsession.
Complacency has become our weapon of choice.
By the time that you notice, you won't have a voice.
Unnoticed, unseen, we've crept in to control you.
Big brother is watching everything that you do.
Intellectual freedom to think and be who you are,
That's where the line's drawn; you have all gone too far.
Where have you been? What have you done?
Don't worry; we'll know soon just what you've become.
There's only our truth; two plus two isn't four.
We found our way in; an opened, unwatched door.
By the time that you awaken to find us beside you,
Any chance for escape will be too far behind you.
The past you've forgotten, so condemned, you'll repeat,
Your future of enslavement, greed and deceit,
Domination and order; power and lust
We have come full circle. Who will save you from us?
