If you agree to a one-year commitment, however, the monthly fee drops to $4.95. HostRocket charges no startup fees and they offer a two-week money back guarantee.Perhaps the best feature of HostRocket's service is their rollover bandwidth arrangement-if you don't use your bandwidth allotment, you get to stockpile what's left onto your next month's allotment. This generous allowance was unique among host sites we reviewed.
