Three free ab workout routines

It's hard to keep motivated when doing ab exercises especially if you are only doing the same exercises.

Here are three simple exercises to add to your bag of workout routines.

Free Ab Workout 

Try the following Free Ab Workout exercises to get that six pack stomach you always wanted.

These workouts are easy to do, can be done in the comfort of your home or if you prefer your favorite gym.

Ab Workout #1: Knee Ups

1. Using both hands, grab a chin bar with you body hanging vertically and motionless. Remember to keep your hands about should width.

2. Move your knees up to your chest and then hold that position for 5 seconds.

3. Then slowly release them to your original position. You should be feeling your abs working as you lower your legs.

Repeat the above for about 5 sets of 10 reps.

Ab Workout #2: Cycle Those Legs

1. Lie on your back with your hands on your head.
2. Lift you head and shoulders off the ground as you bring you knees to your chest, but don't pull your head.
3. Keeping your right leg straight, move it up to 45 degrees
4. Move your upper boddy to the left and bring right elbow towards the left knee
5. Now repeat with the other side and then back to this side. As you alternate, you begin to move in a cycling motion.

Do 4 sets of 10 reps.

Ab Workout #3: Crunches

1. Lie on your back with your knees straight up and legs over a chair or bench.
2. With your hands on your head, raise your upper body towards your knees.
3. Slowly release and move back to your starting position. You should feel your abs tensing as you perform this excerise.

Do 4 sets of 10 reps.
