Free Flowerpot Trinket Box Crochet Pattern
Materials:1 oz. worsted weight yarn
Size H crochet hook
Silk flower
Size: 2 1/2" tall
Rnd 1: Make ring (or ch 4, join w sl st to form ring. I prefer the "magic ring" method.), ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w sl st to top of ch 3, pull ring closed (12 dc).
Rnd 2: ch 3, working in back loops only for this round, 2 dc in next dc,* dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before (18 dc).
Rnd 3: ch 3, working in both loops again, dc in each dc around, join as before (18 dc).
Rnd 4: ch 3, 2 dc in next dc,* dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before (27 dc).
Rnd 5: ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (27 dc).
Rnd 6: rep Rnd 5 (27 dc).
Rnd 7: Rep Rnd 5, fasten off (27 dc).
Weave in ends. Fold Rnd 7 over Rnd 6 to form your flowerpot rim. Rest a silk flower on top of flowerpot to form a secret compartment for your goodies. Or,you can stuff pot with fiberfill and glue flower to top. Enjoy!
