Free Flower Topped Doll Hat Crochet Pattern

Materials:
Small amount pink worsted weight yarn
Size H crochet hook

Gauge: 2 rnds dc=1"

Rnd 1: Ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook, join w sl st in back loop only of first sc (6 sc).

Rnd 2: (Work this rnd in back loops only), ch 3, 3 dc in same sc, 4 dc in next sc and in each sc around, join w sl st in top of ch 3 (24 dc).

Rnd 3: Working in both loops now and throughout, ch 3, dc in next 4 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 5 dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before (28 dc).

Rnd 4: Ch 3, dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (28 dc).

Rnd 5: Sl st in next dc and in each dc around, join w sl st in 1st sl st, fasten off (28 sl st).

Flower:

With bottom of hat facing you, join yarn w sl st in any free loop of Rnd 1, * (ch 3, sl st in next st) rep from * around, joining w sl st in 1st sl st, fasten off (6 ch 3 loops).
