Some tips and tricks for the negative calorie diet
Your body has to burn a lot of calories to stay warm. Keep your room chilly, if possible, but not freezing cold!
When you drink ice water, your body gets cold on the inside. Your body must bring this water to room temperature to digest it, which burns energy. So try drinking water and other beverages as cold as you can stand it!
Keep active as much as possible. Even at your desk, you should be bouncing your feet, rolling your feet in circle, or other small activities. Just these small activities can cause you to burn almost twice as many calories as just sitting and typing!
Try spicy foods! If you cannot stand them, take cayenne pepper pills. Spicy foods help increase your metabolism!
Drink green tea. Not only does it help speed up your metabolism, but it is rich in antioxidants which help protect your body from free radicals which can cause cancer and other illnesses!
