Free Pumpkin Goggles Crochet Pattern

Materials:
Small amounts worsted weight yarn in orange and green
Size H crochet hook

Size: Designed to fit an 8-year-old child.

Note: Weave in loose ends as work progresses.

Pumpkin Circles (make 2)
Rnd 1: With orange, ch 15, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, dc in same ch, 2 dc in next ch and in each ch around, join w sl st in top of ch 3, fasten off (30 dc).

Sew the 2 circles together over the center 3 dcs. Now, you'll have 2 circles joined together.

Right stem:
With right side of work facing you, join green w sl st in dc to right of top center of circle, ch 5, sl st in 2nd ch from hk, (ch 1, sl st in next ch) 3 times, sl st in next dc on top of circle, fasten off.

Left stem: Turn work over so wrong side is facing you and rep as for right stem.

Strap: With orange, ch about 57 (adjust ch to fit child's head snugly), fasten off. Sew strap to outer sides of pumpkins.
