What is Your Back Pain Called?
There are many possible diagnosis of back pain, I have endeavoured to list the main ones here. There may also be those of you who have no clear diagnosis (that was me for 6 months so I understand)
Many of us will have more than one. In my case I have herniated discs and Sciatica. Choose your main issue.
My Back Pain Story
My back and sciatic pain.
- My Back Pain Story
- I am not writing this from some academic standpoint, the fact is I have suffered from low back pain and bilateral sciatica. I lived it and I know what it brings with it.... The suffering went on for some time...
I have herniated discs in the L4/5 and L5/S1 area and both are dessicated.
I also had significant muscular imbalances contributing to my pain. My pain was mainly in my lumbar spine but worse, much worse was the constant day and night burning, tingling and numbing sciatic pain that traveled to both my legs hip to toes which made even simple walking difficult.
I have also recovered from back pain and sciatica and I know and value the information and support I found which empowered me to be able to question and decide what was the best course of action for me.
Please read my back pain story to understand where I am coming from and how much I want to help others going through the same thing.
