The Fives in Tarot often tell us about changes in some way. In this card you are being advised that when you enter a relationship, you tend to get in there with both feet first and become everything that you THINK the guy wants you to be. That would appear to be a mistake for you. If the guy fancied you enough to start a relationship with you, he must have liked you when you first met, so why change, why become something you're not? Try just being you, being true to yourself and let him love you for who you are.
When you change you loose all of the essence that is you, and so these guys loose interest. Part of building a relationship is in the chase - the courtship and this is showing that you are stopping the guy from chasing what he wants by becoming something different. Let him chase you, let him catch you, and then guess what - you have him :)
