Step by Step: How to best use a Tracfone Code
- Each code can only be used once per phone.
- Codes are best entered ONLINE, not over the Tracfone itself.
- There is a lot of randomness in how these codes work. One code may work great for one person, and come back as 'invalid' for another.

How to Enter your Promo Code
Your best bet is to add codes with the "Use the WEB" option
ON WEB: (***Recommended**)1) Log on to www.tracfone.com
2) Click on "Buy/Add Airtime" button
3) Enter Serial Number in box
4) Click button "Have an Airtime Card you would like to add?"
5) IMPORTANT: Find line that says "If you choose not to use Rapid Refill, please click on the option below that best reflects the reason why you would like to Add airtime using the Web"
6) Then click on link "Want to use the WEB"
7) Put your Airtime card PIN in box labeled "Enter your airtime PIN number"
8) IMPORTANT: Drop down below and find box that says "Promotional Code"
9) Click continue
ON TRACFONE:
To add airtime using your Tracfone phone:
1) Scroll to 'PREPAID'
2) Scroll to "Redeem Airtime'
3) Enter the PIN, immediately followed by bonus code without any spaces, like this: xxx xxxx xxx 51283
ON LANDLINE PHONE:
1) Call 1-800-867-7183 and Tracfone's automated message will help you add airtime.
2) Or you can hold for a Tracfone operator.

- Hey, thanks! Great codes! I have a Motorola cellphone that's been with me for almost two years now and you can just imagine the amount of airtime it's been through and the number of ringtones I've amassed. I'll definitely try out your codes when I get my hands on a Tracfone card.

- Worked like a charm. I added 60 minutes 90 days, then took 365 days of service, all for $69.98. The 60 bonus minutes don't show up until after you make the online purchase. That's 120 minutes and 455 days. Good to go for another year. Thanks.
