Sugar Free Berry Jam

Sugar Free Strawberry Jiffy Jam - Unlike many diabetic recipes, this has excellent flavor!
Triple Berry Jam - Make this jam when you are blessed with an abundance of summer berries. Three kinds of berries give the jam a chunky texture and a delectable flavor.
How To Store Freezer Jam
You should use either sturdy plastic containers with tight-fitting lids, or short, wide-mouthed glass jars made especially for the freezer. It's best to choose containers that are no bigger than pint-size; the jam will not set up as well in larger containers.
Freezer jam is meant to be stored in the freezer, and can be stored for up to a year. In the refrigerator, it can be stored for up to three weeks.
Once you open a container of jam, you should use it within three weeks.

Tips & Tricks
For making Freezer Jam
If your jam is runny, pour it into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. It will get thicker as it cools, and you can re-bottle as you did before.
Do not reduce sugar. If sugar is reduced, the product will not set up. For reduced sugar freezer jam, use one of the reduced sugar products on the market.

Measure accurately and follow directions exactly. The most common error resulting in failure is inaccurate measuring.
1 point
Never substitute one pectin for another; they are not interchangeable and each is prepared in a different way.
0 points
Corn syrup is added to some freezer jam recipes to help prevent sugar crystal formation.

Don't forget to leave an inch head space to allow for expansion of the product as it freezes.
