In the Cévennes mountains and not too far from the Mediterranean
My house is for sale, 168 000 Euro. It is in a hamlet in a vale in a picturesque part of the Cévennes at the foot of Mount Aigoual, near UNESCO World Heritage "Cirque de Navacelles" and less than 60 miles (80 kms) north of the Mediterranean.
The nearest city is Montpellier, 50 miles away (75 kms).
10 miles away we have a small town which offers all you need, including two supermarkets, a cinema, plenty of doctors and chemist's shops.
My hamlet is called Estelle, which is Old French for "star".
My house and garden
Near the terrace there's a lime tree (Tilia) which can be seen near the top of my Squidoo lens, and further off there are two walnut trees.
There are other trees and a good variety of plants. More on this later...
