    I make a version of this every Christmas morning. I love it because I make it the night before, put it in the fridge and take it out in the morning, throw it in the oven and it is done after stockings and we are eating without me in the kitchen all morning.

    My oh my, that looks tasty! Too bad I don't have an oven.. I'll just have to stick to regular french toast. With an egg on top. And with maple syrup.

    If I freeze the french toast casserole how do I reheat - Defrost first or warm frozen? What temperature and for how long? How many people does this feed? Thanks!
