I've been a professional pastry chef, and I now spend my time writing food science and related articles for several food websites, including my own. I successfully (and quickly) sold our house in Central Florida, so I wrote an ebook about how I did it. My lenses reflect (hopefully) my diverse interests, from cooking and baking to selling a house to teaching. Hopefully, I will also write some lenses about my hobbies and other interests."
