    Pictures! Getting the pictures I needed, and then getting them where I wanted to be on the lens. Pictures are still the hardest part of putting a lens together for me!

    I suppose just trying to understand the whole squid thing. Still really don't understand it but I like it :)

    Hardest thing I think is trying to get traffic to your lenses.

    Where to start and how to make a quality page people actually would read and or want to know about. I ended up using the forums and reading the same questions that other people had and using free short tips from other users and pages.

    I think some good advice I received was to join appropriate groups for each lens.

    However, even to this day, I have a heck of a time finding a page that has all the centralized groups available to join in one spot. I did find such a page once and had it bookmarked, but I've now changed computers so, alas, I'm at a loss anew of how to find this info all in one place. I've tried "groups" in the search engine but that doesn't seem to help thus far too much. So that's the thing I'm having the most difficulty with thus far.

    The most difficult thing I found was finding my way around Squidoo and how it worked. It took me about a month to go to the forum for the first time. After asking a few questions, and browsing a few how-to lenses, I started getting the hang of it.
