I found jobmixi.com interesting because it searches jobs from both company career pages and job boards and give you job search results. Without jobmixi.com it would have been tough to visit each company career page and find job.
Fresher's Jobs
The following are things freshers should keep in mind while finding job:
Tailor your resume to the position and technology you are applying. Your resume should depict how your current skills match the new job requirement.
Applying to each and every company on the way is not wise, try to create a target list of companies which matches your job requirements and skills.
Try to list your resume in all the job boards and job search engines. Use better headings while doing that.
Try to seek information from all your friends who are searching for jobs same as you.
Prepare a 1 minute summary of yourself and the skills you possess, it will be handy in interviews.
