Meet Newcomers to Squidoo! And say welcome!
As an effort to make newcomers to Squidoo easier to get their way around and become a part of our community here, I started Fresh Squid Group in which all new lensmasters have a chance to get one of their lenses featured as long as they apply to some rules that are explained at Fresh Squid FAQ.
This Contest is here to let them and everybody else a chance to see some really great lenses!
Concept of Contest
It's really simple:
* Lensmasters who joined Fresh Squid Group during September, 2008 will enter a Contest in following month - October, 2008. And so on, month by month!
* Contest will be on for complete month.
* Last day of the month, winners will be determined by number of votes their lens received.
* On the first day of the following month, list will be cleared and next set of new lensmasters will be entered with their lenses.
And the Winners Get....
Each month we'll pronounce first three places!
Winners will get:
* Really great badges they can pin to their lenses!
* Featuring on this page for another month!
* Featuring on Fresh Squid Contest Winners page forever!!!
* Featuring on Fresh Squid Group page for another 3 months!
* Extra featuring on Fresh Squid News blog!
