Holiday Stress

With the holidays approaching-stress becomes higher and it is difficult to keep a positive attitude; when you have a bigger to-do list.

I know, because several months ago I had to quit work to take care of my husband.  I had to adjust to managing the houshold and taking care of him.  The one daughter that does not work lives an hour away-the other two daughter both work-all have families to take care of.  The days can be be very fraustrating and you are tired from being on duty 24hr/7 days a week.

We have a choice to be negative or positive.  Begin each day with a positive affirmation, Always picture yourself as succeeding-no matter how badly things seem to be going, try pray power-affirmative prayers release powers by which positive results are accomplished, everyday write down five things that you are thankful for, pay yourself a compliment every day, and be patient with yourself.
