You can also use your favorite meat for added flavor; beef, chicken, pork, sausage... the choice is yours!

Your family will love it, and you don't even have to make reservations!

How to Make Fried Rice 

Ham Fried Rice

Here is the list of all the ingredients you will need to make a scrumptious, quite quick and simple meal for you and your family.

What You Will Need:
1/4 onion
2 celery stalks
8-10 mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
2-3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 lb. of diced ham (or meat of your choice )
White Instant Rice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut celery into 1/4" pieces.

I HIGHLY Recommend This Marinated Garlic 

I like to use the Marinated Garlic cloves It gives the dish a zestier flavor.

No Vampires Here! 

Dice the garlic cloves into small pieces. The smaller the better. You do NOT want to get a mouthful of garlic.

Mix It All Up 

Next, combine celery, garlic, onion, mushrooms, and 2-3 Tbsp. of Soy Sauce in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat. Stirring occassionally.

Getting Close... 

If your mixture starts to look a little dry, add a little more soy sauce. This will keep it from sticking. Which will cause it to burn.

    I know how good this recipe is
