How To Make Fried Rice

Chicken, Beef, or Pork...

Ham fried rice is one of my favorite recipes, and is really easy to make. Instant rice makes it quick, fresh veggies make it yummy. You can also use your favorite meat for added flavor; beef, chicken, pork, sausage... the choice is yours!

Your family will love it, and you don't even have to make reservations! My mom likes long cooking rice, but I find that instant rice fits better into my busy schedule. You can choose the rice that works best for your family, then simply follow the rest of the instructions to create a fresh batch of delicious ham fried rice.

Dice the garlic cloves into small pieces. The smaller the better. You do NOT want to get a mouthful of garlic.

Getting Close...

If your mixture starts to look a little dry, add a little more soy sauce. This will keep it from sticking. Which will cause it to burn.
