Frightfully Good Authors

Ranked #5,439 in Books, Poetry & Writing, #198,938 overall

My two favorite horror writers

I have to be honest. I can't read a lot of horror fiction because then I would never sleep. My imagination is vivid enough all on its own without adding more fuel to the fire.

But when I do read something scary it is usually by one of these two authors!

Stephen King

He gave me the braveness through his novels ;)

phoenix-arizona-friends says:

Stephen King, definitely.

Dean Koontz

Wednesday_Elf says:

I'm a mystery and suspense book fan, so I pick Dean Koontz, because I don't consider him a horror writer. While some of Koontz books may have been on the 'way-out-there edge, they are more suspenseful than horrific. Stephen King on the other hand, IS a horror writer and too much for me.
