    Very nice! As world class freestyle frisbee player I can tell you GOOD JOB! Sharing a frisbee is nothing more and nothing less than sharing love! And I know and played many times with John Weyhand (the player who did the DVD Pro Disc Freestyle...with Dave Lewis) Thanks for sharing, we need more of these around to let people know about this crazy but funny sport!

    I must do everything wrong when I try to throw a frisbee. I'm horrible at it. I once tried to play frisbee golf and completely missed every basket numerous times ... even from a short distance away. Next time, I'll have to try to remember your instructions and pay attention to what I'm doing.

    I recently re-learned to throw a frisbee and I sure could have done with this useful guide! Love anything that gets people up and moving and having fun -- and the frisbee is perfect for this. ~*~* Angel Blessed *~*~ this perfect summertime topic.

    I love frisbee!!!!!!!!! When my husband and I were in college he and I would play frisbee and we enjoyed it so much. We need to start again.

    My dog is much, MUCH better at catching a frisbee than I am at throwing one, but I certainly learned a few pointers reading this lens. Now all I need is a new one since the old one has been kinda chewed up . . (Awesome lens! Very well done!)

    Great tips! Frisbee is a great first throwing/catching activity for kids. I know I'd still rather toss a Frisbee than a football!
