Refrigerator MagnetFrog Math Patterns
Use frog magnets to create patterns on your refrigerator. In a classroom you might attach your frog magnets to a filing cabinet or cookie sheet. Show your children how to create patterns on the refrigerator with frog magnets. Talk about how they form an ABAB pattern or an AABAAB pattern, for example. As your children get better at forming patterns, challenge the children to guess the patterns you create. You might leave a mystery frog pattern on the refrigerator for the children to discover each morning when they enter the room.
