ThinkFun Hoppers: A Game of Hopping Frogs
ThinkFun Hoppers is my newest purchase. When I look for a game to buy for my children I look for something fun, hands-on and educational. ThinkFun Hoppers frog game has all of those attributes.
ThinkFun Hoppers is like a frog-style Rush Hour game. Any kid who likes perplexing puzzles will love this checkers-meets-rush-hour game. It takes patience to win, and a good brain. You use the cards to set up each frog pond scenario. Once the frogs are all in place the hopping begins. As a frog leaps over another frog it disappears (is removed from the board) down into the pond. Can you eliminate all but the red frog? My kids love the challenge, and just between you and me, I do too.
ThinkFun Hoppers is compact and can be easily carried in your purse or stuffed into a Christmas Stocking. The game is designed for children 3-10 years old.

This is a great toy to develop your child's strategic thinking. The game is relatively simple. Organize your frogs as per the cards, jump one frog over the other and remove the jumped-over frog. The objective is to leave just one frog. You can only jump `adjacent' frogs along the lines (see picture). - Hoppers Solitaire Jumping Game - Find the perfect kids gifts
- At the more difficult levels it will be necessary to navigate the board more than once, possibly many times, in order to crack it. Similar to Chess, it helps to study the board and try to see all of the remaining moves, or hops, ahead of time. However, there is only one player so there are no surprises - just good mind-stretching fun!

- You were very brave, SandySpider, to come visit the frogs. So glad that you realized that they are well-fed friendly frogs that wouldn't hurt a spider.
Thanks for the visit.
