Frog Garden Statues

Do you remember playing Leapfrog as a child? My sister and I loved playing it so much that we played it all year round. We played leapfrog in the hot summer heat on the way down to the frog pond. We played leapfrog in piles of leaves in the fall. We played leapfrog in drifts of new fallen snow in the winter and even through pathways of mud in the spring. Whenever our mother said we were allowed to go outside we yelled: Leapfrog! and hopped, jumped and leaped outside to play.

I was reminded of those glorious childhood days when I began to look for decorative statues to enhance the artistic feel of the landscaping around our frog pond.
