Frokostordning

The word frokostordning is Danish and means: lunch arrangements.
Absolutely love good food and recipes for meat dishes, desserts etc. Some of these recipes can also be found in our lunch arrangements, frokostordning ie. I actually try them yourself. If you have any good recipes, please add them! With this lens I hope to gather a multi cultural collection of "Recipes that we love !"

Danish Kranse-kake

Frokostordning danish kranse-kake500 grams pure raw marzipan
200 g. Icing
1 egg white

glaze:
250 g. Icing
1 egg white
Dark chocolate 50%
Marzipan, icing sugar and egg white Knead well together.
The dough must be firm and consistent.

Put the dough in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Roll the dough to "sausages", then cut into pieces 8 cm. 12 cm. 16 cm and so on.
Form the "sausages" in circles and bake them in the oven at 225 degrees for approx. 8-10 min.

Let the rings become completely cold before they are sprayed with glaze and put together for the cake.

Tips:
Come a little melted chocolate between the rings to hold the cake together

You can even make marzipan:
225 g almonds
175 g icing sugar sighted
3 to 4 tablespoons raw egg white

Danish sandwichThis recipe is for 20 sandwiches, so make sure you invite some people before getting started !

20 wheat dumplings with black sesame, approx. 10 cm in diameter

Danish pork-slices without rind and bone, the amount depends on number of slices per sandwich

1 glass Red Cabbage
1 glass Gherkins
2 large Mutso apples
Butcher's homemade pork rinds
Salt
Homemade mustard mayo

Mustard Mayo - approx. 900 g mustard mayo:
Approximately 50 g coarse French mustard
About 40 g Baenckhe yellow mustard powder
800 g mayo
10 g salt
10 g sugar
20 ml cider vinegar.
