Gift Giving for Me...

Most of those on my list live far, far away, so I usually choose small gifts for my family. They're easier to ship. I like to buy jewelry for the girls, and novelties for the guys.

For my kids, I'll admit, they get goofy things and candy in their stockings, although, my oldest is no longer a child. I'm at a loss this year as to what to fill his stocking with. I'm sure money would work, but that's no fun; at least for me.

I love to give gifts. I give gifts to have a good time. I enjoy it. I do not give for reciprocation. I have a good time shopping, and strive to give gifts that are different from the norm. The fun is in the selection.

    I wouldn't mind a few of those data travelers in my stocking. What I usually find in there are small gadgets for hiking or camping, which I always like. Oh, and there's always a pair of fleece socks, too.
