Frugal Golfing

Golf passes and golf coupons are a great way to cut down on your green and cart fees. When using a pass program check to see the limitations.

Some pass programs limit hours and days. Some don't have weekend hours.

No one program covers all courses so I've included a number of them here.

Player's Pass-Over 2000 courses throughout the US. There are courses available 7 days a week. And if you find time for a last minute round, there are even last minute specials. It's particularly helpful if you travel a lot. Check it out

Golf courses throughout the country sell off extra tee times. The choices of courses are limited, but if there's one in your area you can save big time.

There's no fee for using Click It Golf. You decide the course you want to play, print out the coupon and then call to arrange your tee time. Only thing left is to enjoy your round of golf. The price you pay includes green and cart fees. Want to take a foursome? You can arrange that as well.

If you're an intermediate or advanced golfer check for end of season sales. If you live in an area where courses close for the winter, local golf shops and pro shops will mark down their inventory.
