Fruit Smoothies are a wonderful way of getting Fresh Live Fruit and Enzymes into your daily diet. Add some protein powder in it and you have a meal.
If watching your weight? It is a Meal Replacement! My favorites are:
1. Orange Juice, Berries, Vanilla or Plain Yogurt, and Vanilla Protein Powder, Ice!
2. Soy Milk, Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder, either Peanut Butter or Almond Butter, Ice!
3. Coffee, either Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder, ice!
Sometimes I add Soy Milk, Frozen Yogurt, or whatever else sounds good at the time.
You need to watch what Protein Powder you use though! Most are Really High in Sugar and Carbs, which equates to Fat, while they are really Low in Protein.
