Certified Frustration Free Packaging
Frustration Free Packaging is a Godsend for parents and gift givers and just about anyone else who actually wants to be able to open and start using their gift without having to use a jackhammer, chainsaw, power drill and obtaining an advanced knowledge of and ability for untying knots.
I don't know about you but I've suffered through what seemed like hours of hacking and snipping, twisting and unscrewing, prying and pulling just to get a toy truck or baby doll and assorted pieces out of its packaging. All the while, my son or daughter was whining or crying because they wanted to play with it and didn't know why I wasn't done opening it yet.
I've also been bloodied by sharp bits of plastic trying to open those sealed cases that would endure a nuclear blast. Well, maybe not an atom bomb, but it seems that some kind of super human ability is required to open some of those things. Not to mention how damaging all that packaging is to the environment. A simple recyclable cardboard box would be a much better choice.
I even know one couple that would rent a hotel room, get a baby sitter for the kids at home and then spend one whole day together opening all their kids Christmas presents before they wrapped them so they could save time getting them out of the packages Christmas morning. How's that for a romantic getaway and then giving the kids half ripped up boxes from Santa.
Well, thankfully I am not alone in my loathing of hyper packaging. Many toys and electronic devices now come with the certified frustration-free packaging seal. This means that your gifts will now be easy to open and you and the recipient can start to enjoy them right away.
Here's where you can find products that have certified frustration-free packaging. Manufacturers are taking notice of what consumers want so let them know that you want products with recyclable, eco-friendly and frustration-free packaging when making your purchases.
