Will The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 Get Your Scanning Jobs Done?

Scansnap S1500When you're looking for a scanner to help you create an electronic filing system, you want to be certain that it will do what it says it will do. Even though you can locate products that have generated good reviews, you nonetheless have a chance that the scanner may not be a good one. One scanner that is particularly liked by most reviewers is the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500.

You'll have the ability to push a button and have your office all ready. You can eliminate your paper clutter quickly because the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 has scanning speed of 20 pages per minute. The electronic scans will turn out true to the original documents since the smart scanner detects the size and color of the documents. You can easily export, control, or file your documents with the help of the included bonus software. The S1500 is equipped with paper-feed detection, so you won't need to do anything to ensure the sharpest scans. In addition, the scanner automatically deskews your documents, and crops or rotates them too. When a small-sized document gets mixed in, for example a receipt or business card, the resolution is set automatically so that the print is legible. The interactive interface lets you bypass double-feed items such as those little receipts taped on expense reports.

I use the ScanSnap at our offices. I've been able to get rid of an entire 4 drawer filing cabinet filled with several years of past invoices and statements that we need to keep archived. Now I can scan all of our invoices as we receive them and save them to our networked hard drive to keep all of the documents archived, secure, and available to anyone in the office that needs access.
