Easy Ways To Add Exercise to Your Day

Some new and some tried and true!

  • Stand and twist while watching TV.
  • Use the stairs rather than the elevator.
  • Stand and squeeze abdominal muscles. This is a good technique
    to use while waiting in line.
  • Park far away from the building.
  • Long phone conversation? Drop and do some stretches on the floor.
  • Do leg circles or lifts while sitting at your desk.
  • Take a sandwich with you and walk at lunchtime.
  • Do squats while drying your hair.

    Nice lens! I'm sure a lot of people will find this useful as staying fit is becoming a healthy goal for many of us, though it can be quite a challenge. I really commend you for giving us handy tips on living healthy.
