Fun Educational Games for kids
By exposing our children to Fun Educational Games, we encourage their learning and stretch their brain.
When a kid feels like he is playing, he feels like he is having fun and much more open to learning, it is like learning without knowing you are learning!
By bringing colors, music and fun character we are stimulating them. Being a mum of three boys, a bit reluctant to homework sometimes, fun educational games have done wonders.
To be honest, I tried quite a few ... some good ones and some bad ones too!!!
My kids enjoy playing and one their favorite is Braintastic from EdAlive.
What is it?
Braintastic is a complete set of educational games, "an integrated learning system that can grow with your child". Braintastic is based on the national curriculum, created by teachers and offers maths, words and reading.
Each CD:
- will give your child hand-on-educational tools;
- is targeted by subject and by stages to fit your child's level;
- is a self contained learning system. The beauty is that if you have different CDs from Braintastic, all will mix and match together, leaving you ready to set up your own classroom.

How does it work?
It's easy!
- You choose the educational content. For example if you have Braintastic Math and feels that your child need to practice "addition" you set choose "addition" from the menu
- Your kids choose a "cool reward game" to play
- You set the number of questions you want your child to work on before play time
- Once the educational part is done your kids can play for a set time till the next set of questions
- You can review the results and get insight on where you child excel and where he is struggling
Conclusion - Braintastic is a WIN-WIN game. Kids get engaged and absorbed. They gain invaluable experience not realizing the educational benefit they get.
So go on, have a hands-on educational activities. Mix and match educational content with reward games and have fun educational games that your kids will Love.
