EQUESTRIAN SPORTS FOUNDATION

The purpose to establish this Non Profit Foundation is to promote the development of equestrian disciplines and related arts to give jobs and new opportunities to the people of low income. The foundation will seek the development of equestrians, in the form of scholarships, selecting the best students in the surrounding area with interest and capabilities for the sports. This will increase self steam to the youngsters and promote a different kind of sportsman. Also will provide training to selected low income people to become farrier, horse keepers, trainers, etc., providing the opportunity to have a technical skill to improve their way of leaving and acquire a dignifying and well paid job.

The foundation will have a generous campus and training facilities that will invite scholarship students, paid students, and others to participate and get involve; will have nursery for children whose mothers work as housekeepers or in camp labor, in a horse environment for introduction to the world of horsemanship since early age, then will follow qualify children to be introduce to vaulting and then to follow on to other stages of equitation.

The sport disciplines to be developed will be: show jumping, dressage, three day event, cross country, vaulting, and trail rides for pleasure and rider development.

Seminars will also be given all year round, to improve the actual fairly low level of performance for instructors, judges, veterinarians, introduction of alternate techniques of healing horses such as acupuncture, homeopathic treatments, etc.

The arts to be taught will be: breeding techniques, farrier, horse keeper, horse keeper helper, first aid assistant, nutrition specialist, physical trainer for horses, workers for the leather industry to develop a franchise of a brand from a sponsoring country to be commercialize internationally, and many others with the guidelines and techniques that a sponsoring country will set.

For this venture technical and economical support is needed, and we are looking for a sponsor for the whole project. The foundation will be established according to the guidelines and suggestions that the sponsor may have need or suggest.
