Guatamala has a population of 12mill. Working force of 4mill. Call centers are rapdidly growing but people need to be fluent in spanish and english. People in need in Guatemala don´t even speak spanish because 50% of the population is Mayan descendents. They are half the labor force in the country . People that live in the country side immigrates first to Guatemala City and the to the USA. If we can give them jobs in the city they would not need to go to the USA. Oportunities are growing but only to the 50% of the population.
