Start by setting up the tables in one long row. I'm guessing your football field has a track around it... make this a "big impact" type of event. What do I mean? Well, when your visitors come to the game they'll see all the tables and have to be a part of the action. Next tip, make this a part of your homecoming game festivities. Automatically you'll have a larger crowd to buy your "T" Shirts. Then what you do is get your players to sit at the tables, and let the kids buy a shirt and walk down the line to each player who will sign their shirt. Each player/cheerleader has a different color shirt -- these shirts turn out sooooooo cool at the end! Every kid will love it, and you know what, you'll make the players and cheerleaders "Larger than life" in their eyes.

Sure you can pre-print the shirt with the team mascot, but you know what... you'll really eat into your profits.

Well, the day I made the page, 100 plain white shirts were going for $180.00 on ebay. That's $1.80 a shirt. You could buy two packs of fabric markers for about $25.00. I'd recommend selling the shirts for $12 to $15 each. So you're looking at $1,200 less your $180.00 shirt cost, $25.00 cost of fabric markers. THAT'S OVER $975 PROFIT!

Things to remember: Buy Fabric Markers NOT washable markers. Washable markers will disappear, fabric markers are permanent. Also, you need to have the support of the coaches. This is a big time money maker, but it does take up some important "team time" before the big game!
