Fundraisers are a great way to raise money for your school, church, club etc. I have done many, big and small successfully!
You and your team are working toward a positve goal and should feel very good about that. Organization always makes things go smooth. Fundraisers are suposed to be fun, but lets face it they will be hectic if you are not organized.
Plan what you are going to sell. Did this product do well in the past? Is this what your community is going to respond to? A fundraiser before a major holiday offering items that will apply to that season usually works great.
Team work is essential! A good team makes all the difference..
Motivate your sellers. Offer incentives!

Great lens! Fundraising is pretty tough. Your idea of using ebay is pretty cool. Using technology to raise money can be free and easy.
