Your Own Funny Caricature
Funny caricature drawings make a wonderful gift or present, and will most certainly bring a smile to the recipitants face.
Caricature simply means 'loaded potrait', where the artist exaggerates or distorts certain aspects of the subject whilst keeping an identifiable likeness to produce a cartoon type effect which is mostly complimentary in a humorous,comical or laughable style. On the other hand caricatures can also be drawn in an insulting or offensive style depending on their purpose.
Here we would like to introduce you to a funny caricature drawing we had drawn for a friends 40th birthday and also introduce the website we purchased the caricature from and show the extra software available for you to manipulate your caricature to have more fun. For squidoo'ers and website owners they also offer a great affiliate scheme.

This is the picture we sent off for the caricature to be styled from, just for those wondering the subject for the funny caricature is the guy on the right of the picture and I am the guy on the left. From this photograph Dimpleart produced the funny caricature you see at the top of the page. They firstly enquire as to what extent you want your picture exaggerating or distorting, giving you help and advice on the options available and then when they understand what you are looking for their turnaround time to produce the caricature, for us, was under 7 days. At this point they email you to give you chance to view your funny caricature. Their customer service is great and they ask if you are happy with the caricature and, if you want any changes making they will gladly accommodate.
Could we just point out at this point that your caricature will still need printing, which can be done either on your pc or saved and taken to a professional photo printing shop.

The last remaining option in the member area is to download your caricature as a face only, this is needed if you wish to use dimplearts software to manipulate your caricatures face onto different types of bodies with different backgrounds. Here we are just showing a couple of options with no background for you to get the feel of whats on offer
To achieve this you just have to download the software to your pc and then in the members area download the 'face' into the correct file in the software (a very simple process with instructions) you can have a lot of fun with this and there is a good assortment of bodies, heads and backgrounds you can manipulate.
Once a member Dimpleart also offer around fourteen free celebrity caricature wallpapers including tombraider, harry potter and lord of the rings to name three.
