Busted Tees
Busted Tees spends a lot of money on advertising (you've probably seen the cute chicks wearing funny t-shirts all over the internet) but they also spend a lot of money coming up with sweet designs and cool t-shirt ideas.
Strange Cargo
Another cool t-shirt destination, Strange Cargo is a little cheaper than Busted Tees with just as many great tees.
Vintage Tees on Amazon
Last but not least, there's Amazon.com, where you can find just about any t-shirt you've ever wanted if you know what you're looking for. The browse feature kinda sucks for finding cool t-shirts, but the search function is great.

Cool T-Shirts on CafePress

Cafe Press is where people can go to upload their own t-shirt designs to have them made for themselves and/or to sell on the Cafe Press website. It's hit or miss in terms of finding funny and cool t-shirts, but the good news is you can find some really original stuff on here that NOBODY else is going to be wearing...
